In a major step toward improving urban mobility and reducing traffic congestion in Kampala, the Government of Uganda has introduced the E-Bus Xpress service — a modern, affordable, and environmentally friendly transport solution designed for everyday city commuters.

The new electric bus service promises a smarter travel experience, offering passengers safe, clean, and comfortable transportation across key routes within Kampala. Equipped with air conditioning and onboard Wi-Fi, the buses provide commuters with convenience and comfort at highly affordable prices starting from just UGX 800.

One of the standout features of the E-Bus Xpress service is its transparent and fixed pricing structure, ensuring passengers pay consistent fares without unexpected changes.
