Ugandaโs Vice President Jessica Alupo has arrived in Moscow to represent President Yoweri Museveni at the 3rd Russia-Africa Summit scheduled for October 28โ29.
She was received at Domodedovo International Airport by Anatoly Gennadyevich Bashkin, Director of the African Department at Russiaโs Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ugandaโs Ambassador to Russia, Moses Kizige.
Ugandaโs participation aims to strengthen bilateral relations, expand political and economic cooperation, and unlock new trade and investment opportunities. The summit will also provide a platform to discuss shared regional and international interests, reinforcing Ugandaโs commitment to diversified international partnerships that support national development.
